Fit to the Core
This class was started at the request of a group of parents who sat watching their kids doing outdoor fitness sessions and making some big fitness and strength gains. They wanted a fitness session of their own! So that’s what we did . . . and Fit to the Core was created! When everyone started to see big improvements in their fitness, skill level and strength we quickly grew as a class.
Fit to the Core runs a crossfit style/HIT based fitness class with body weight movements and cardio. We try to programme our workouts for everyone and to be as inclusive as possible, we ensure that every workout is scalable and can be adapted to meet everyone’s needs regardless of fitness level or ability.
